[attr="class","section intro"]Rowan Wrynn is the sole heir to the Wrynn Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of medical equipment based out of Galar that has been prominent for several generations. Due to the overbearing nature of his parents and the bleak future presented before him, Rowan took his destiny into his own hands and left for a new life in Hoenn.[break][break]

A fascination with Shadow Pokémon led Rowan to being pursed by Team Rocket Underboss Cillian Quinn , who offered him safety in the organization. Assuming them to be freedom fighters for the region, Rowan eagerly joined, hoping to make a difference and create a legacy. During the Invasion of Sootopolis City he made a name for himself by killing the ace Pokémon of Verdanturf Town Gym Leader noah faber , an act that earned him a promotion to Rocket Beast.[break][break]

In the aftermath, Rowan caught the attention of the Legendary Pokémon Suicune. A search for understanding with this Pokémon lead Rowan to Ecruteak City where he and angelo vestri  learned from a Kimono Girl that the Suicune belonging to the Johto Region was killed by Team Rocket during their invasion, and their extradimensional counterpart likely was attracted to him for his 'murky heart', seeking to purify him. Disillusioned with Team Rocket and determined to change his life for the better, he sought out the help of Raziel Beckett , who promised to help him escape the criminal organization. [break][break]

In an attempt to disguise his intentions from Team Rocket, Rowan and Razz planned a ruse where he would be arrested in order to dissuade suspicion. He would be formally charged for his crimes and sentenced to serve in the Ranger Corps under Razz's supervision, a preferable alternative to prison. A letter was sent to both Cillian Quinn and Lulu Flint after the fact, informing his half-brother and half-sister of the truth, which the former presented to Rocket Boss declan walsh . An enemy of Team Rocket and newly appointed Ranger, Rowan finds himself having to now navigate an entirely new series of perils.
